Enquiries
Never lose a user question again and manage account-level settings from the profile menu.
Enquiries overview
When the AI cannot answer, an enquiry form collects the user’s email and message. Every submission appears in the Enquiries dashboard for follow-up.
Search and export
- Search by name, email, or message content.
- Export the full list for offline review in JSON, PDF, or Excel.
Enquiry table columns
- #ID – unique identifier per enquiry.
- Email – the requester’s contact information.
- Enquiry Message – the exact question that failed.
- Agent Name – which agent needs updated training.
- Date – when the enquiry was submitted.
- Status – pending or completed so you can track progress.
Responding
Review historical enquiries, including those already handled or deleted. Use Reply via Gmail for quick follow-ups and update training data afterward.
Profile menu
- Dashboard – quick link to every workspace tool.
- Account Settings – verify email, update display name, phone, and company info, or delete the account (irreversible).
- Create Team – enter a name and description to start collaborating.
