Sources workspace
Use the Sources tab to add or retrain the data powering your agent. Upload files, paste text, crawl a site, or write curated Q&A to keep answers accurate.
Retrain Agent reprocesses every change so the knowledge base always matches the latest inputs.
Files
Upload structured knowledge so the system can extract key facts. Ideal for manuals, policies, FAQs, or product sheets.

Supported file types

Upload workflow
- Click Upload Files and select one or many documents.
- Watch the processing queue to monitor status.
- For PDFs, confirm the text is selectable to avoid ingestion issues.
Preview and maintenance
Select any file to preview it, review timestamps, and confirm freshness. Delete individually or bulk-select to clean up every source in one action.
Text snippets
Store targeted facts or instructions by entering a title (0–50 words) and a description, then click Add Text Snippet.
Edit, review timestamps, and delete snippets whenever they become outdated.

Website crawling
Teach the agent directly from your live site by crawling the entire domain or submitting an XML sitemap.
Only one crawl is allowed per agent, so pick the most relevant site. After crawling, review the list of pages and preview their captured content.

Custom Q&A training
Create explicit Q&A pairs for common questions or compliance-ready answers.
Give each question a title, allow variations with different phrasing, and store one consolidated answer.
Delete individual entries or bulk-remove everything when restructuring training data.
