Activity
Monitor every conversation, improve weak answers, and understand adoption through analytics.
Activity overview
The Activity section lists real conversations so you can audit quality and user intent.
Chat log filters
Filter conversations by date, source type, or country, then open any log to inspect the full exchange.

Improvement queue
Use Improvement when the agent misses a question. Review the user’s message, see the AI response, add the missing answer, and retrain so the fix goes live.
- Select the checkbox for the question to adjust.
- Click Add Answer to jump into the Q&A editor.
- Save, then hit Retrain Agent to publish the improvement.
Export conversations
Export logs for audits or reporting. Include message content and metadata, and every export respects the current filters (countries, date range, search query).

Filters and tools
- Set custom date ranges.
- Filter by message source type (Playground vs. embedded agent).
- Search chat logs by keyword.
- Refresh to pull the most recent conversations.
Analytics metrics
The Chats analytics tab visualizes overall performance and lets you download snapshots for PDF, JSON, or Excel reporting.
- Total Conversations and Total Messages.
- Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down counts.
- Average Response Time and Positive Rate.
- Chats by Country and Chats by Channel.

- Peak Activity Day shows when usage spikes.
- Engagement Rate reveals how interactive sessions feel.
- Average Response Time doubles as a quality KPI.
- Geographic Reach highlights regional adoption.
