Track credits, storage, and limits while keeping billing data, invoices, and top-ups organized.

Usage overview

The Usage page summarizes message credits, storage, agent counts, and other plan limits. Apply filters to check historic consumption, including deleted agents.

Message credits

Credits decrease every time the agent replies, whether the chat originated in an embed or the Playground.

Plans include a monthly allowance, and you can top up whenever necessary.

  • Top up 1,000 credits for $10 (credits never expire).
  • Navigate to Settings → Billing → Top up Message credits to purchase.

Links, embeds, and storage

  • Links Limit shows how many URLs the crawler can index. Upgrade for unlimited links.
  • Embed highlights that the same embed code can be used across multiple sites.
  • Team Members displays how many collaborators currently have access.
  • AI Agents Storage sums the data footprint per agent.

Message credits chart

The Credits Used graph charts spending over time so you can forecast consumption, even for deleted agents.

Billing details

  • Store the organization name, country or region, and address.
  • Click Save whenever you update billing metadata.

Billing email and tax ID

  • Define which email receives invoices.
  • Add tax IDs by selecting the tax type, entering the identifier, and saving.

Billing history and cancellation

  • Review invoice number, amount, plan name, status, and billing period.
  • Download any invoice directly from the history table.
  • Cancel immediately or let the current cycle finish before deactivating.
